Our Policy

Cancellation Policy

GamesBuy believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • GamesBuy does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
Act Fast: To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.

Document the Damage

Take clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product upon receipt.

Report Within 7 Days

Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Merchant Verification

The merchant will check and verify the damage claim at their end.

Resolution

Replacement or refund will be processed based on the outcome of the review.

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

Warranty Items

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.

Manufacturer warranties are handled directly by the respective manufacturers. Please retain your purchase invoice as it serves as proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Refund Process

In case of any Refunds approved by GamesBuy, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Once a refund is approved, it will take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank's processing time. If you haven't received your refund within the stated period, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
