GamesBuy believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.
Take clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective product upon receipt.
Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
The merchant will check and verify the damage claim at their end.
Replacement or refund will be processed based on the outcome of the review.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.
In case of any Refunds approved by GamesBuy, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Once a refund is approved, it will take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer, depending on your bank or payment provider.
